What is the minimum project size?
Projects start at $2,500. We focus on a small number of commissions each season so every piece receives full attention.
How does the design fee work?
Concept design costs $500 to $2,000 depending on complexity. If you go ahead with the order, the full design fee is credited toward it.
How are payments scheduled?
A 50% deposit confirms your order and starts tooling and production. The balance is due before delivery.
How far ahead should we plan?
Most pieces take 4 to 8 weeks from approved design to delivery. Bronze and sterling silver commissions can take longer, so the earlier we hear the ceremony date, the better.
How are the awards presented?
Each piece arrives in a fitted walnut presentation case with a certificate of authenticity. Limited editions are individually numbered, and for Bay Area ceremonies we can deliver and set up in person.
Can you keep our project confidential?
Yes. Unannounced deals, patents and honorees stay private, and we sign a non-disclosure agreement on request.
